This family run business is the best!!! They are so kind and accommodating. If they don't have it, they'll get it for you. Really everything you want in a corner store convenience market. Never snoody, very reasonable prices and a wide selection. Love them.
I always keep an eye on the produce at Round the Clock so that I don't buy anything from Cala that I might buy here. RtC's prices are almost always better. Cala is currently charging $0.69 for a single lemon while they're 4/$1 at RtC. You can also pick up some pretty flowers for as little as $2.99. I just love everyone there, the owners Albert and Lynn (sp?), their kids Felicia and Nathan, and the night crew Man and Vitaliy (ladies, if you're interested in a nice, smart dude in a scary skull shirt, stop in here and chat him up). Other than the produce and flowers, this is just your run of the mill corner store. I'll sometimes buy pricier milk here so I don't have to haul it home from Cala.
